This is honestly one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. I stayed in both the single room and the double room, both were so clean and spacious. The free breakfast was so good and had a great variety, and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. I also love that they provide free bottled water and snacks for guests at any time. The property itself is beautiful, and the neighbourhood was quiet and within walking distance to many essential shops.

There was a small issue with the window handle in my private room, which I noticed upon unpacking shortly after my check in. I reported it to the owner straight away and she immediately called for a technician to have it fixed within couple of hours! What a great customer service!
This is my 2nd stay at this hostel actually - I was back because of fantastic quality to the price you pay. Everything is super clean, the bed is very comfy, A/C works fab in the room.
Lovely breakfast provided (selection of bread, milk, cereals, scrambled eggs etc), free coffee :)
The owner and the receptionists are extremely kind and helpful :)
For me it's the second time I'm giving it 10/10 :)

Hotel is a little gem in the center of Bangkok. It is a 7-10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, but in a very quite area. There is a 7 eleven store few steps away and a good restaurant across the street. The Hop on hop off bus station is also near (at Khao San area), so it is very convinient for sightseeing of Bangkok. The owners are very nice and helpful people, rooms and the whole hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast is good, and in the common/dining room you can have tea, coffee, various fruits and snacks any time of the day/night for free. Also bottles of water are free to take. As we had two rainy days during our stay, we have ordered food on Grab and then had our meal in the dining room using utensiles of the hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious, large room with a terrace overlooking the canal where you can spot many fishes, just a nice view for relaxing. There is also a nice, small garden in front of the dining room, so one can enjoy sitting there near the canal. Internet is excelent. Air conditioner is also good, and beds are big and very comfortable.
We strongly recommend this hotel as it is like a oasis in the jungle of Bangkok.
P.S. just to mention that this part of Bangkok is not connected with Bangkok metro

Beautiful boutique hotel in a really nice old house on a quiet backstreet in a very centric neighborhood of Bangkok. Very close to main attractions and to nice bars and restaurants. Staff was really helpful with everything. We will definitely go back next time!
