We liked the location, the breakfast and the snack at tea time. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Our children enjoyed the pool a lot. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and we found the food excellent. The boat shuttle that brings hotel guests to the next public boat pier was also very convenient. The service in the hotel was first class. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but we’d like to single out Wichai M., who went out of his way to explain to us where to go and what to see and helped us tremendously to find my phone, which I forgot in a taxi. He managed to trace the taxi driver and have him bring my phone back. Thank you, Wichai!

i loveeeeee all of things from Ramada!!! Their Staff were very friendly and Helpful!! The Hotel is also amazing!! Their Complimentary such as free tuktuk and Boat are also satisfying, and made my vacation and family very enjoyable!! and for Muslims, do not hesitate to take a room with breakfast, because they have a Halal Section, I myself did not take it, because I was afraid the breakfast was not halal, but I asked them about this. and for the welcome drink, please make the writing for the food bigger, if possible, please separate food containing pork. because when I was there, my two nieces accidentally ate a sandwich containing pork. 🥺🥲 and I saw that the guests at Ramada were not only western people, but also many guests from Muslim countries such as the Middle East or Indonesia. And one more thing, please facilitate toilet in the Lobby with bidet, not necessarily all, maybe one or two.
