We had two connected rooms for family of 4 - appartment with sofa in 19th floor (4 nights). Excelent! The view from the rooms on the other side of the busy street was magnificent, especialy the corner one. Not so much on the construction side - also very illuminated until late.
Breakfast in the 36th floor - amazing view and plenty of choise. Fantastic!
Pool area very cosy, view very nice. Gym also.
Staff very responsive and polite.

Great location - BTS station close by, great restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel,
Friendly and helpful staff,
Room was nice and clean - yes room is not the biggest but definitely not claustrophobic as some are describing it in the reviews,
Tasty breakfasts - moderate variety, always fresh fruits and pastry, great miso soup,
Nice bar - a bit on the pricey side but with happy hour 1+1 free drink it's a good deal,
Gym - adequate - 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, free weights(dumbbells) up to 20kg
Surprisingly great soap and shampoo. I never thought I will mention soap and shampoo in the review but here it is :)

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The staff were always super sweet, very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast and the restaurant were very delicious. Swimming pool was clean and the water was at good temperature. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will come back hopefully soon again. Thank you U Sathorn Hotel you were excellent!
