The rooms were very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was always helpful and extremely kind. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had - and I should emphasize that I'm vegan. On my dad's birthday, I very spontaneously mentioned to the staff that I would like to present a little cake with a candle and they immediately made it happen free of charge.

The hotel is located in a great spot, the staff is extremely good, everyone was very kind and polite, excepcional hospitality! The room was really clean and me and my husband had everything we needed. We really appreciate the panoramic view of Bangkok from the rooftop, plus the swimming pool.
