The breakfast was indeed superb, as well as the bbq buffet dinner at the Market. The swimming pool and surroundings were great (always the occasional people reserving their spots... but complicated for the personnel to keep an eye on this). Talking about the personnel, everyone was amazingly professional and friendly.

All was Very good! Breakfast perfect, staff are very friendly and very helpful all the time, especially guys from the entrance hwo really enjoy what they doing! Finding nice towells arranged in animals all time in our rooms are very nice surprising us, all people are very polite, very good that is nice location, at first and second floor acces directlly in a shopping mall and also have free watter shuttle that could take you to nice places on the river! Very much appreciated we definitely come back!!! Great upstairs restaurant with great view and infinity pool!!

Hotel is a little gem in the center of Bangkok. It is a 7-10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, but in a very quite area. There is a 7 eleven store few steps away and a good restaurant across the street. The Hop on hop off bus station is also near (at Khao San area), so it is very convinient for sightseeing of Bangkok. The owners are very nice and helpful people, rooms and the whole hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast is good, and in the common/dining room you can have tea, coffee, various fruits and snacks any time of the day/night for free. Also bottles of water are free to take. As we had two rainy days during our stay, we have ordered food on Grab and then had our meal in the dining room using utensiles of the hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious, large room with a terrace overlooking the canal where you can spot many fishes, just a nice view for relaxing. There is also a nice, small garden in front of the dining room, so one can enjoy sitting there near the canal. Internet is excelent. Air conditioner is also good, and beds are big and very comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel as it is like a oasis in the jungle of Bangkok. P.S. just to mention that this part of Bangkok is not connected with Bangkok metro

My partner and i loved the place. It was our first night in bangkok after alot of traveling and the staff made everything super easy. It is only a short walk to lots of amazing restaurants and a small market. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we had throughout our whole trip. The staff at the place were so lovely, gave us directions to the best spots in town and were always happy to book taxis for us. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room very clean. You have the option to do self laundry in the building and also a nice benefit is that you have free drinking water all day.

The hotel is new. I love that everything is clean. For those people expecting a five star facilities/property, I suggest you book a Mandarin Oriental, Shangrila or Peninsula. Don’t expect it in a hundred dollar room a night. This hotel is already great as is. Value for money. Staff are great! Location wise, the neighborhood is pretty decent. My husband and I loved it. Will definitely come back.
