The location is excellent within the local area and very few tourists. It’s down an alleyway within the local community. Felt safe at all times. The hosts are outstanding. Excellent breakfast every morning. It is on the canal and we were able to go on a longboat trip for the day organised by Anna. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the bustling river, noisy during the day but quiet and peaceful at night 7:00pm to 7:00am. Highly recommended if you want an authentic experience.

Perfect location near Bts station, 7/11 few steps away, lovely lady around the corner selling coffee from early morning. Washing mashine - very convenient. View of the Budha and the temple from the balcony window is priceless. Wonderful!

Breakfast was the normal Thai breakfast, with a variety of items, with the so called "American breakfast". The food was okay and area was kept very clean. The Inn was very quiet even with construction outside main entrance. I have no complaints.

I love this place. The room is very nice and clean and it has everything I needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will keep this place in mind for next time in BKK. Totally recommended!

Unassuming place but the rooms were excellent and very good value. Very clean, super comfy bed and quiet atmosphere. It is next to a 7/11 which is super convenient, though the surrounds aren't too pleasant. However, this place is perfect as a base if you want to use the train from Wongwian Yai to Mahachai or to explore the canals and temples nearby(both highly recommended)
