a small house on a canal in a quiet area not far from the historical center of the city, a hospitable hostess, cozy breakfasts on the terrace, and neighbors - a squirrel living nearby in a tree))) an ideal place to relax after a day spent in a wonderful but noisy city. We also took a boat excursion through the hostess - we highly recommend it))

Everything is in very nice condition but the best part is the hostess lady who runs everything. She was very kind and welcoming, even though we had to check in in the middle of the night. She also arranged everything we asked for, she made us feel at home. The location is also super nice in a very local area, walking distance to Wat Arun. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceptional staff, location near BTS line, easy to travel all over. Room is huge. If you are looking for luxury then wrong place, it is simple clean,comfortable. Water, coffee and tea on daily basis. What I asked for, ie more hangers, were provided. Can't give a review re breakfast unfortunately, I did not use it or the gym as well.

We LOVED our stay and extended 3 times! The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the HUGE soft bed. The pool is nice for a dip. The lobby is beautiful and nice to chill or work in. WiFi was fast and dependable. Aircon worked well. Shower was massive, hot and had great pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful (one even walked us to the metro in the rain so we could borrow the umbrellas!- THANK YOU!). Location is in a relaxed local neighborhood, away from the tourism bustle. Lots of yummy local food including a huge, epic night market with all the food options you could ever dream of. Affordable massages right down the road too!
