You can get really good coffee there as well.
10 to 15 minutes walking to the old town but the night market is even closer

We loved everything! The hotel is amazing, really well decorated & the staff are all super nice! We got by I les for free and they helped us to rent scooters. It is located a 10 min from the old town by scooter / grab and it is very calm ! The breakfast is great too, many choices & served in a nice patio ! This hotel is a must do

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It has everything you need even if you travel with backpack, like we did. The location is outstanding, bit far from the city centre but with grab the journey is fast and cheap. The host is easily reachable and happy to help. I cannot reccomend enough this place if you coming to chiang mai. We are super grateful and definitely will stay here again When! (not if) we come back to chiang mai.

This place is truly an oasis of calm. Calm professionalism, politeness, thoughtfulness and care. Julian and his staff excelled at all times, including through the famous earthquake. I wasn't too keen to be on an upper floor in case of aftershocks and he kindly found me something at ground level. I travel a lot. This was a really nice version of 5-star. Formal but not stiff. Attentive but not intrusive. I will be back.

We were warmly welcomed by Eak, who took the time to show us all the facilities, which really set a positive tone for our stay. The room was large, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, the view over the Ping River was lovely, and the swimming pool was a refreshing way to start the morning.
