I loved Pakping, and had a really good stay. The people that work there are so nice, not just Paul and Koki, but also the cleaning lady (that I don't remember the name of, but I think it starts with P). It's a great place to meet people, and I felt very at home there. Location wise I liked it, it's not the most central place, but if you don't mind walking a little bit or using grab it's great. It's quiet at night, so no trouble getting a good night's sleep. Also you can book different tours through the hostel, so no need to book through others before you arrive, but if you have a specific tour in mind you might want to send them a message and ask if there are available spots (especially in high season I presume). For me there is no other hostel to go to in Chiang Mai, I'll be back.

A little gem in the heart of the old town. We stayed 5 nights and felt at home. The decoration is beautiful, fresh flowers everywhere, a little patio in front, with shade and lovely plants. Excellent breakfast, different every day and an absolutely wonderful staff! We will be back!

Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Receptionist helped us to get a private taxi for our day trip. I was not sure if I can use an app to book a taxi and they checked every possible options. we had to check out very early for our flight and they made a breakfast box for us. The location is convenient for weekend market (both Saturday and Sunday) and nice restaurants in the area.

Clean, comfortable beds, very nice decorated. Free water and snacks. The staff was very helpful, my friend got sick before our arrival, they helped me to call ambulance for her. If regret we stayed too short time.
