The bathroom was spacious, and the rooms were very clean. Our sheets were changed regularly, and the bed was always made. We even had a small garden outside our room, which was a nice touch, even though we didn’t use it. The garden in front of the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast options were enjoyable, the bed was very large and comfortable, and the wardrobes were spacious and sufficient. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great common zone on the groundfloor with sofas, table, snacks(bananas, musli) at the breakfast time. Extremely clean and fresh. Wonderful staff speaking perfect English. Laundry machine or laundry service, access to the computer if needed. Central location. Chiang Mai is a great city, not too big, offers a lot of activities, as well as places just to relax. Stay more than 3 days or you are going to regret not having enough time here!

Chiang Mai is a wonderful place, and this stay made it even more amazing. The two hosts, Pop & Ton, are extremely kind and attentive. They really love what they are doing, and that shows. As somebody that works in the hotel industrie, I can say that I have never seen such an attentive care in room cleaning and in general (they made our room more than once per day, even though we did not need/expect it). Even with no room cleaning, I would still rate this place 10/10. It is peaceful, cozy, clean, and unique. They gave us a lot of information about what to do and where to go. They also offer free breakfast (cookies, coffee, noodle soups, and more, that you actually can take during the whole day).
