Everything was perfect! Very thoughtful and pleasant aesthetic, very clean and the staff were so lovely. Beds comfy, wifi strong, a well oiled machine all around. This hotel is punching above its star rating - everything feels like a true 5 star boutique establishment. The location is very convenient. Get the better rooms which are higher up and opt for the yard-facing room with a balcony - it is worth it (you still get a city view, and they are calmer). The pool is great and the courtyard is lush and calm. The rooms have all facilities, are of excellent quality and have good aircon, showers and baths. The staff are all very helpful. The breakfast is excellent - go for the thai options, forget trying the western food options.

The hotel is gorgeous. The moment I saw the hanging lanterns and the Thai decor and style, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff were lovely, the hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. It's like an old Thai style house, very authentic and wooden. The room was spacious and just gorgeous. Plus the bed was huge and so comfortable compared to many Thai beds which are hard and uncomfortable. The location is quiet but very central. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again when back in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend!

The BEST hotel in Chiang Mai if you need to rest. The rooms are soundproof, the blackout curtains keep the room dark when closed, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and modern, and the shower pressure is great. Even though it is in the middle of the city, we couldn't hear ANY noise at all from our room! Additionally, the staff at reception are wonderful - so so kind and helpful. The location was also perfect, with cafes, restaurants, 7/11 and the Sunday market around the corner. We will definitely stay here again.
