My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here. We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.

The heart of Chiang mai is the manager of kawila126 ,Mrs sue is such a lovely lady ,is as if I visited my favourite auntie so helpful so much kindness . The hotel was amazing ,next to the river bank ,the rooms where bigger than any other hotel we stayed in Thailand ,crystal clean huge comfortable bed , kettle,spacious bathroom, The common kitchen was so handy and so lovely equipped with anything you might need , electric oven , coffee machine ,toaster , refrigerator,what ever you can thing We needed to rent a bike or needed a taxi to take us to the bus stop Mrs sue arranged everything,we wished a cacao fruit and Mrs sue arranged it immediately All the blessings to the stuff of kawila 126,they make sure everything is in its place Chiang Mai is the best city in Thailand a city of art and music Thank you thank
