Staff is very helpful and kind, offering useful recommendations and infos. Spotless, bright and reasonably sized room and lobby. Nice tea all day at the reception. Good breakfast with good coffee at the reception (for free). Hotel is just a short walk to Yusufpasa T1 tram stop, that takes you literally along all the main sites of Istanbul old town. Definitely will return if we visit Istanbul again. (I share a photo of the view from our room window)

We booked 3 rooms and arrived 2 hrs early and were allowed to check in early. Farhaan and staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, location great and lots of shops within walking distance. Free WiFi and working Aircon. When one of the rooms air con was faulty, they immediately offered another room with a working Aircon.
