Best service ever. Would like to thank the A team - Miss Fatma, Mr Murad, Mr Deniz & Mr Kadir. We got to check in early after a long haul flight and while waiting for our room to be ready, Mr Munir invited us for breakfast on the house. We also got our room upgraded. Miss Fatma is very friendly and recommends good place to visit in Istanbul. We troubled Me Deniz twice on the air cond settings and he always attends to us patiently and urgently.
The location of the hotel is very strategic but this is second to the world class service that a guest receives.
Thanks again and look forward to coming back to Great Fortune Hotel in the near future

The staff was friendly and everything we needed was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and, best of all, the location was quiet and not too crowded but very close to tourist attractions so it was very convenient to walk around.
