I’ve been coming to Istanbul for over 15 years and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Location is super convenient, walking distance or short taxi / tram / boat ride to all sites. Breakfast is exceptional. Excellent olives, cheeses …. The view from the rooftop restaurant is one of the best in town. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Harun at reception and Serken bellboy took great care of us on check in day, they stored our bags, offered us tea and even sent a what’s app message once the room was ready. Serdar looked after us on check out date. Everyone was super helpful, booked the upstairs restaurant for us to have dinner on our last night and arranged transfer to the airport. We really needed it after 3 days waking around Istanbul

The location is good! The Breakfast is excellent! The bed in room hugs you and you get enough sleep after a hard working day. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are done in the neoclassical style, which pleases your eyes! The staff is friendly and guy at the reception named Eyyub and his colleague was always ready to help, thanks a lot to them.
