They were so loving and caring, making sure we were very comfortable and all our needs were met. This hotel is one of a kind in Istanbul having sports facilities, tennis, squash, sports climbing, table tennis, gymnasium, athletic performance, fitness, basketball, voleyball, olympic swimming pool, balet dance.. You can make sports with personal trainers. You can walk in the forest. There are so many shopping malls close by which I did some shopping for my family. Hotel has a secure parking for 10 euros/night. I do highly recommend this hotel.
