Due to our flight cancellation, our arrival time to the hotel turned out to be around 3:30 am. Yet the hotel staffs were so kind, to immediately arrange a transfer service to the airport at the exact arrival time of our new flight, and to even offer a late checkout. We could rest comfortably, and the front desk also helped us out the next day to get us to the port where our cruise ships from. We were exhausted by all the flight related troubles, but we could relax and feel relieved all thanks to this hotel. Highly recommended, especially for cruise users!
