The room was clean and spacious. Everything was good and nothing to complain. The hotel staff has been really helpful. We booked a private coach service to the airport but they made a mistake on the appointment date and did not come at last. The hotel staff helped us ring several taxi drivers and saved us from missing the plane. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing hosts and hospitality. The family that owns and runs this place were great. The mom and daughter-in-law cooked an amazing traditional Turkish dinner for us, the son was helpful with our arrival, and the dad ensured that we had a great stay, and gave us information about visiting Pamukkale. The room was big and clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here, although it was just 1 night. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Pamukkale.
