Super clean room, from the sheets to the bath sink, spotless! Excellent service, kitchen staff remembered our room numbers and faces, and arranged big table for our family. Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and accommodating. Awesome buffet breakfast, delicious , full of variety, high quality for its value. Great location, 2 minutes from subway, short taxi ride to many destinations. Many restaurants nearby plus a night market. Free laundry room and gym on 15th floor. 2F lounge where snacks and drinks are offered from 2 to 10pm. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

My expectations were met in terms of comfort. The breakfast and snacks are superb. I'm glad that when we arrived an English-speaking staff was present. We got to try their laundry service. The location is very accessible to all tourist spots in Kaohsiung. We will be back hopefully next year, same month. :) We are glad we chose Hotel Hub Cisian.
