The bed was the most comfortable of anywhere I stayed while travelling. More comfortable than my bed at home. The room was well designed and attractive. I hadn't noticed the quirky art when booking but it was quite fun. Maybe not for everyone. The host was very responsive through the messaging and everything was very smooth.

Room size, cleanliness, comfort, staff were all exemplary. Best hotel in Kaohsiung we have stayed in thus far. Location is good: Light rail is 5 minutes walk away, metro station 10 minutes walk. Liuhe night market, Ziqiang night market, Ta Lee mall are a few minutes cab ride.

One of the best family-run hotel that I have ever been to. The hosts were amazingly helpful and kind. HUGE room. The place is super clean all the time. Free coffee, tea, drinking water in the common kitchen area. Very convenient 24/7 laundry room (the hotel runs a laundry service with many machines, customers insert coins to wash and dry clothes).

The hotel offers a beautiful view to the harbor and the city. We enjoyed watching the fireworks a lot during New Year's Eve. Everything was very clean. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes the extra mile for you, especially the receptionist was outstandingly willing to help us with our needs. They speak very good English.

The room design and lobby design were good. We loved the bathtub and shower too. Aircon was quiet and efficient. Reception staff was also alert in checking if we had valid digital code to access the rooms before we took the lift up. There was intention to check on people who tried to enter the lobby area from the Main Street accessible to all tourists.
