The convenience to the station! Was only a 2 min walk. Breakfast was basic, wished they had porridge. Some days they had spicy chicken chop with tamagoyaki and chicken bamboo soup. And other days were just bacon potatos and hard boiled egg.
The room was equipped with assisted railings and a movable rack in the bathroom, which I found a little odd. No place to hang towels or clothes while bathing.
The jacuzzi outside was fantastic. They had micro/nano bubbles that made the water murky and it was such a good soak after a long day of exploring.
The Shilin Night Market could be accessible by walking too!
