We had a very pleasant stay. There are lots of shops, convenience stores and a night market right outside! It is a central location and very close to everything. The room was clean and the beds very nice and comfortable.
Situated in Taichung, only steps from Yizhong Street, Taichung Box Design Hotels features air-conditioned rooms and private parking. It is a 5-minute walk from Chungyo Department Store.

2nd time to book Box design hotel. 1st was back in 2019 with my cousins. And I went back here again last May with my son. and surely it did not disappoint. 😊 Stayed for 2 nights here and my son loved it. He was really excited to stay at the hotel and just stay in bed. The entite room is clean, bedsheets , the floor , bathroom is clean, complete with necessities Only downside is they dont have bidet. But it wast that much of a big deal.
24/7 staff are all nice and answered all our questions. I love the location really close to shopping area, easy commute if we want to ride the bus.
I have no complaints.
Will book again this hotel in the future and recommend to my friends!

The location was splendid - it's above a sheltered shopping boulevard, and literally next door to the Chung Yo departmental store and a night market.
The room was spacious, clean. Extra points for the proprietor for actually taking note of how many nights I was staying and provided appropriate numbers of amenities.
Also my favorite was the fact that the room had a long stretch of windows, providing adequate fresh air.
The staff who greeted me was very polite, and whilst this accommodation doesn't have a reception readily available (have to contact them and meet at a designated place - hint: it's the family mart within the shopping boulevard.), this was the very few instances in which the staff had walked me to the room and explained the necessary things to me.

Breakfast has a good spread. Room very spacious with full sofa set attached to the room that allow us to relax comfortably, instead of sitting on the bed. There is also a side table for using our computer.
Bath room is huge.
Staff very friendly and there is a KFC a few units away. After walking for the whole day, you can go for a quick massage, just located opposite the hotel. They are open for 24 hours.

The property was very well located near to a night market in Taichung and as a result it is always lively there. The room is spacious, clean and has an attached washroom. The bed was comfortable too. Overall, I thought it was very good value for money.
