Loved everything. Beautiful hotel in great location, close to shops and restaurants, yet still quiet area at night. We stayed in two rooms, and got a free upgrade so we could stay close to eachother.

This is a wonderful hotel! It’s right across from the subway station, next to the charming alleys of Back Bay, just a short walk across the bridge to the campus area, and only 15 minutes in the other direction to Fenway Park. The location is excellent, the service is great, the Wi-Fi is stable, and the breakfast is delicious! The hotel also has a strong sense of design—stylish and modern, but not over-the-top or uncomfortable.

Great location - within walking distance to all sightseeing, shopping area, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and Back Bay Amtrak train station. Copley Metro station (green line) is less than a minute walk from the hotel. They serve complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning and fruits are available at the reception throughout the day. There is a nice coffee-shop and a restaurant onsite. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Room is equipped with all amenities one needs to feel comfortable. There is also a microwave and ice machine on the 1st floor. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

You can’t ask for a better location. Right on Newbury Street. Easy 20-25 minute walk to Fenway. Lots of lovely buildings around and it seemed like a safe neighbourhood. The bed was comfy, as were the pillows. Our room (1) was fairly quiet from the street noise, as it is at the back of the property, however ear plugs were available which we didn’t need. Basic kitchen items available, if you want tea and sugar, bring them yourself. Only coffee pot coffee was available. Laundry washer and dryer is available on Level 3 for $2.50 per load (coin operated). Communication with the property manager was excellent and speedy. Instructions were clear.

Great location. Comfortable enough. Very clean. Wifi was great. DirecTV box location awkward but no big deal. Top floor unit so a few stairs. Overall, I would book again without hesitation.
