The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean and well appointed. And so big! Location is great, and the breakfast that was delivered each day was fabulous. Can’t recommend this property enough.

We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Boston. The location is super convenient, close to the airport and set in a charming portside neighborhood. The room was spotless, tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the marine-inspired design that flows throughout the hotel.
