This newly built accommodation is just amazing. I have only stayed here one night but I will not hesitate to book with them if I visit Boston again. The individual pod gives great comfort and privacy, it comes with personalised light and temperature controls. The shared shower was sparkling clean with fresh towels provided and there are water and snacks available to grab in the lobby. Gunish and Eldene are a great couple, very warm and welcoming, ensuring the best experience was provided. They even allow me to use the shower facilities before catching my overnight flight. Thank you both for the great hospitality!

We stayed here years ago and love all the updates. It is so much nicer than I remembered. The staff was wonderful. From the valet to checking in and checking out everyone was helpful and nice. It is the ideal location when we are at an event at the TD Garden. I had mentioned that we were celebrating out 20 year anniversary and there was a hand written card and chocolates in our room. Such a nice touch. GREAT showers. Best hotel shower ever.

Loved everything about this stay! The room was beautiful and modern, loved the vibe and how it was decorated. It was walking distance to the train station to do the day trip to Salem but then was able to walk around Boston too to see the sights. Was very happy with my stay!

It was one of the best experiences I've had at a U.S. hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of towels. The water station was a great convenience for daily use, and the self-laundry on the second floor was really convenient. The hotel has excellent access to multiple stations, and the area feels both safe and beautiful, with Acorn Street just a short walk away

The staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage into the hotel and up to our room on the elevator. The hotel is well-decorated in clean masculine colors. We stayed in an "accessible" room, which was large with an extra-large bathroom. The shower had great grab-bars and a fold-down bench that we found very helpful. The bathroom was well-lit and all the extras (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shoe-shine kit, sewing kit, etc.) were provided. There was a desk with plenty of outlets nearby (but no USB port). There was a mini-refrigerator with minibar. There was one umbrella. The hotel is a 12-minute walk from Mass. General.

I liked the size of the bedroom and bathroom. I was very impressed with the staff who I found to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I also likened that I did not have to keep tipping the staff and I was told that tips were not necessary during check in.

the hotel location is great just center of all historical places. it was super clean, staff was very friendly. early check-in was a accepted and upgraded our room free of charge. I will not look another place to stay next time. Definitely it will be our first choose.
