Hotel is great and I would recommend it to everyone! Right in front of the metro station, connected to all main stations in NYC. Very clean and spacious room Lobby is a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.
