Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.

The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!
