Small and welcoming hotel, perfectly located near Times Square. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff (which you can’t get in the usual big franchised hotels). The family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenagers with a lovely private terrace and 2 separate bedrooms with Queen beds. Lots of cool restaurants close to the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of tea and coffee that was refilled every day and the hotel was generally very quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool bars and restaurants a short walk away in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, and good bakeries and bagel places around the corner. The subway is 10 minutes walk away.

A very nice hotel in the financial disctrict. Close to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy. A very good catch in NY for the price.

Nice hotel with family atmosphere. We felt really welcome, the staff tried to help us as they could. The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning. The location was perfect for me to easily walk to client's office. Exceptional breakfast and wait staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money for a hotel in New York.
