Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror.
Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go
Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

Everything was exceptional. From check-in to check out. I had a very late flight on departure day and was allowed to stay up until 6pm on the day of the check out. A really rare occurrence, even for such upscale hotel.

Location was great but I can see how it would be troublesome for those not from the area.
10-15 minute walk to all the main shops/attractions/restaurants for downtown.
Rooms are very spacious with excellent views.
Breakfast was great too with a good choice each morning.
Felt extremely secure and comfortable staying here, and can’t beat the value!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful too.
