All the assistance was online, but it was fast and on point. Very helpful, informative, and convenient.
The location is great - it is downtown, near the Art Museum and other great attractions.
The room was very clean and very organized. Everything looked like brand new - very well maintained.

Staff gave us chocolates and roses at reception because we arrived on valentine's.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. The number of bathrooms and showers was enough, I never had to wait in line. The coffee shop downstairs has great coffee and pastry. There are lots of restaurants around too. I really enjoyed my stay.
