We had an issue that was resolved quickly and the customer service was excellent. The apartment was very clean. Well equipped with everything you could want. Laundry was easy to use. Location was very central. Loved the free parking. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend ❤️

HI Santa Monica went above my expectations. It's basically a hotel with shared rooms. There are lots of amenities such as a pool table, library, TV room, free breakfast, fireplace. And the hostel organize activities everyday to help ppl mingle! We even had a Thanksgiving dinner!
The place is very clean and well kept. I liked that there's the no noise policy from 12 to 7 am.

Hilton Santa Monica had lots of different facilities and lovely service from the many staff members. We enjoyed going to the pool during the day and the little store they had on the main floor was very handy for getting snacks and drinks quickly. Breakfast was very good and I'm sure dinner also would have if we had went to eat there. Check in and out was very easy and this was genuinely one of the most comfortable rooms I've been in! A very nice stay!

The hotel is stylishly renovated and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was well stocked with beds and towels and the water was warm. The position facing the ocean was lovely and a relatively easy walk into the shops, bars and restaurants of Santa Monica.
