The room is clean, large, and furnished in an exquisite style. The AC makes no noise! The bed is very luxuous...And the location is perfect. The proposed breakfast is very very good and very cheap.

I give this family run hotel 5 ⭐️’s, it’s in the perfect centre of south beach & 5mins walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants & cafes all easily accessible. Mauricio was very hospitable and really helped me out when I needed to check in early & late. He was always available to say hello & help out with any issues I had.
As a solo traveller I felt super safe in this
accommodation and the photos on the website are how they are in person. Clean, modern & exactly what I was looking for during my travels. Fast wifi, AC, TV access & fridge all in the room. When I return to Miami I’ll definitely be rebooking with them. Thanks so much 🙏

I can fully recommend staying at Villa Italia. It offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is very easy, even late at night. There’s the option to store your luggage after check-out, the Wi-Fi works well, and the location is perfect—close to bus stops (including the airport bus), shops, the beach, Ocean Drive, and the charming South Pointe Park Lighthouse. We especially loved taking a blanket and breakfast from a nearby café and having a small picnic there with beautiful views.
The room was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!
