Great location, walking distance to Wynwood, Own, secure garage space so no worries with parking. We had a rented car and stayed for 2 nights, which was enough to see a lot of Miami Beach, Downtown and some typical landmarks. Also very good value for money.

Great location, staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed the gym and pool area. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony area to relax in. Will definitely be back.

The location is excellent. At first, you might be a little worried because it's in a somewhat isolated area and the rooms are directly exposed without any fences or protection, but the place is very quiet and just a few steps from the Design District, where you can walk, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It is also very close to Winwood. The parking lot is in front of the building and we had no problems with security. In the end, we felt very safe. The accommodation offers beach chairs and umbrellas and access to Miami Beach is very easy. For its location and ambience, I would recommend this accommodation, but apparently I had no luck with the apartment I was placed in.
