the design, decor, room, view, location, staff - absolutely everything - we stayed there twice in the past month for 4 days and then 6 days a few days later - they upgraded us for the second stay - the cafe chelsea where we had breakfast every day (running a salon most days) was wonderful, the bar was great, the service and the staff amazing, as I've already said - the best hotel I've ever stayed at bouncing the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo to number 2

Location is great and the hotel room had fantastic views (floor 37) of Hudson Yards. Short walk to Flatiron, Chelsea Market, Highline, Madison Square garden. Very clean.

This hotel is everything we wanted for our stay in New York: excellent location (connected by subway and buses to almost all parts of the city), exceptional cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, delicious breakfast, very quiet at night (our room was on the 16th floor). The staff does an excellent job, they try very hard to keep everything clean and under control! Well done! We read the reviews before arriving, but we didn't experience big crowds when waiting for the elevator and at breakfast. Every morning we usually went down to breakfast around 8:30.

Exceptional hotel. Personnel is amazing and helpful. The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast quite good. Although there were only 2 elevators we didn’t wait for too long. Amazing views from the rooftop.

A wonderful hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The receptionist in the morning kindly told me about great places to have breakfast. The housekeeping staff on my floor gave me towels and coffee without any issues. The hotel offers high-speed Wi-Fi.
There are plenty of excellent eateries around with great food and drinks, and people everywhere are very friendly and welcoming. I was extremely pleased with both the hotel and the area in general!
