Loved everything about the room. Chelsea room. It was located on the 10th floor facing south. No noise from the street at all.

I was initially overwhelmed about being alone in NYC, but staying here truly made the experience better. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Penn Station and the Metro, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The room was small (as expected in NYC), but thoughtfully equipped with everything needed: a comfortable bed and pillow, air conditioning, wardrobe, sink, hairdryer, and even a steamer! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was also great to have breakfast - simple options like fruit, granola, cereal, bagels, bread, and cream cheese, but in a city as expensive as New York, it saved both time and money. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, with facilities on each floor. During my 4-day stay, I only had to wait once and I just went one floor above, so that was also great. I feel very lucky to have booked this place, it made my solo trip feel safe and comfortable. Truly grateful!

The location and interior design make this one of the best choices for a midtown New York Hotel. The desk staff were extremely helpful. When I asked for a room on a higher floor, Julio managed this, and having given me the wrong key when I got to the room I suddenly saw him bringing me the right key. Exceptional service.

The location is very central and in a walking distance to Moynihan / Penn Station and many public transportation options. Times Square was also easy to walk to. Many nearby restaurants in area. We arrived early around 11.30am and our room was ready, and they immediately offered us an early check-in. Room was decent with all necessities and comfy beds. Our room faced the back yard, so it was very quiet. In the evening, you need your room key card to accesses the hotel. Overall, the area is safe and we never felt uncomfortable. Staff always greeted us on the way in and out, and our housekeeper was super friendly and did a marvelous job. We liked that the hotel had a self-service laundry room.
