it’s so spacious! we didn’t realise there were 2 bathrooms in the family suite so that was a brilliant surprise, great for getting 4 people out jn the morning. The view over the bridge is wonderful.

Great hotel, we got our room upgraded, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was big (also spotless), the bed had nice sheets, the room was warm (first week of march 2023), the personnel was polite and very helpful. They had complementary water (2 water bottles in the room and a filtered water machine in the lobby), coffee and tea in the lobby. They let us check in early for free (because our room was ready) and they stored our bags at checkout, also for free. The Brooklyn bridge is at walking distance and we were able to go out at night to bars/clubs (also walking distance or by bus -it has a bus stop right outside-). A very pleasent stay.

Very good buffet. Had a room overlooking the main street but it wasn't loud. Comfy beds and ample bathroom. The room had a large and modern flat-screen which contained the mainly used apps. Overall satisfied with the room.

My husband and i loved this hotel as it was located on Mulberry street which connects Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho all on the same street. The location was also perfect for walking to Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and Battery Park for the ferry to Statue of Liberty. The view from our room was amazing and we loved the big balcony!. Our room was modern and comfy all around and the coffee machine in our room was a nice perk.
