Great place to stay in NYC with quick access to subway and walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy an the Brooklyn bridge. The hotel is new and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice breakfast room. The staff are lovely from Lathan the trainee to the manager.

Cleanliness: The property/room/common areas were generally clean. Location: The location is close to many subway stations and right in Chinatown. It's quite central and feels safe. Even as a solo traveler, I didn’t have any safety issues even late at night. It’s also within walking distance to Soho. The room I stayed in (Room 302) had an amazing bridge view. The location is really excellent. Hotel Amenities: The bed in the room was very comfortable. The hotel has areas where you can get drinking water and hot water. The WiFi connection was good. The staff was also helpful. Especially Ricardo at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. I've seen him helping everyone during the nights I stayed, and I truly think he deserves a raise.

From the first moment that we stepped into the hotel till the last moment that we checked out, we were treated like a family member by the ladies at the Reception always with a smiling face. The room (Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds City View) was spacious and clean as well as quiet with a spectacular view of the Colombus Park nearby and the tall buildings around. It was very nice to be able to open a little bit the two windows to get some fresh air, even though the air conditioner worked properly at all times. The location of the hotel is in Chinatown in Lower Manhattan, which I would recommend for its nice and safe neighborhood, and it is very close to many attractions, restaurants, street food, marketplace, and public transport (metro and buses) all within easy walking distance.

Really nice boutique hotel with perfect location to visit the city. Large clean and quiet rooms, seemed to be recently renovated. Very helpful and friendly personell and the rooftop bar with awesome views of midtown Manhattan. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely come back

When considering the prices of other hotels, which are much more expensive, this hotel has received a number of unfavourable reviews. I was initially hesitant about booking, especially since I reserved this hotel twice for our trip—once for our arrival and once for our departure from the USA. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is close to several metro lines. There is always someone at the reception available 24 hours a day, and they respond quickly to messages. While the room is small, as stated in the listing, it provides everything you need: clean towels, bedding, and both a room and a shared bathroom. The bathroom is cleaned several times a day. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. I encourage everyone to read the details provided when booking. Don't blame the hotel if you expected a larger room with amenities like a TV, balcony, microwave, fridge, etc. What is stated on the booking page is what you will receive. Another plus is friendly staff who work at the reception.
