loved loved loved the interior. Bought two books by the designer which theybsell at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.

Location was excellent 5mins walk to Penn Station, so easy from JFK to transfer from, no need to worry about Taxi’s. Staff excellent and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Amazing staff. Always helpful and friendly, especially Harry. I really loved the complementary popcorn on my previous stays, thus we send some more to my room. Rooms are spacious for New York.
