Very clean, host very kind and fast to reply. Good location and space wide enough for 2 people, with kitchen, dishes etc and a very good bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had to notify them of noisy people having an all-night party in the room next door.

Exceptional Stay – Perfect Honeymoon in New York! We are a family of four (two adults and two small children, 6 and 2 years old) who spent our honeymoon in New York, and this hotel made it truly unforgettable! First of all, the location in Harlem should not deter anyone — this is part of New York’s character, and travelers know what to expect. The hotel itself is only a 5-minute walk from the 125th St subway station, which made exploring the city super easy. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The entrance was always staffed by elegantly dressed doormen who greeted us warmly, opened the doors, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very upscale. The check-in experience was exceptionally friendly — we immediately felt at home. A nice surprise: as many other reviews mention, you receive a $25 daily credit to use at the hotel’s bar or restaurant. The cocktails and food were excellent — absolutely worth it! When we entered our room, we were overwhelmed by how beautifully it was prepared for our honeymoon. The staff had thoughtfully acknowledged our special occasion, and even our children were included in the welcome — it touched us deeply. Housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our stay. We had quite a bit of clothing and luggage (traveling with kids!), and yet the room was kept perfectly clean. The layout was smart and space-efficient, which is completely normal for New York, but everything we needed was there. We also appreciated the complimentary to-go coffee in the lobby each morning and the infused lemon water offered at midday — small touches that made a big difference. Everywhere we went in the hotel, everything was spotless. On our last day, the porters helped us with our luggage and kindly stored it until our departure later in the afternoon. They were so attentive and professional — just like the rest of the staff. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Central Park North. The bedding and towels were so fresh and comfy and the bathrooms were super clean and modern. The staff were friendly and spring-cleaned our rooms daily, which was great. We were also given fresh towels often without having to ask. The location is very good overall, as it is walking distance from two subway stations and some amazing restaurants/cafe’s like Bo’s Bagels, Double Dutch, and Claire’s. One major perk is that we were allowed to leave our baggage in the reception area after check-out so we could explore the city a little bit more before leaving for the airport.

The location is good, easily approachable by subway. The cleanliness was fine, obviously it got a bit dirty by the morning right before they cleaned it but that is on the other guests and not the owner. We didnt have any problems with the noise, the door was lockable and we truly did not have any issues during our stay. I think it is worth it for the money:)
