The location being next door to the Apollo Theater was a real treat.Entering the 5th floor check in,I felt transported to a modern Harlem Renaissance period.The atmosphere was warm, stylized, classy, uplifting and party-esque. What a way to start the trip. Also,the front desk staff was wonderful in having the room decorated for my moms bday prior to check in. Easy access to subway and lots of nearby shopping (Trader Joes,Whole Foods, Target, CVS, MAC cosmetics, etc).

Ideally located just 1 block from Central Park, The Central Park North offers free WiFi access. Columbia University is 1 mi away. All rooms have access to a shared bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the most beautiful histrionic building absolutely spotless and very well kept. Little kitchen which left us wanting for nothing. Lovely big room full of character

Kevin was a lovely host: mindful and ready to help in case of any clarification I needed. The apartment is also in a great location - it's easy to get anywhere and explore even on foot. Very close to Morningside park as well which is great for a stroll or run.
