I loved the hotel! The location is great, right next to the Empire state building, walking distance from Times square and Rockefeller center, next to a subway station, a lot of restaurants and bars, the area is packed with Korean food and shops. The room was cleaned daily, the staff were really friendly and helpful, there is also free coffee and filtered water. Bonus is the rooftop bar. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to NYC.

This hotel is a right choice, if you travel for business or pleasure. The location is central but very quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was big, comfortable and equipped with a comfy bed with a choice of pillows. And the option to have a great breakfast on hotel’s premises is definitely also a plus!

Was perfect for our family of 6. Fantastic communication made check in easy. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. Unbelievable location close to everything. The Igloo was actually brilliant and provided extra living area. Great experience!

Location was amazing, comfortable spacious room for 5 for 8 nights. Photographs deceiving make apartment appear smaller than it is. Super value for money and extremely friendly and Helpful staff.
