The property itself is very ideally located, close enough to downtown manhattan and also easily accessible to both Brooklyn and Midtown by Subway. Besides that you are basically near China town and also not that far from Little Italy. Also another thing that made our stay even better were the staff, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, we truly felt cared for, but I do have to give a special thanks to Sharonda and Luli who work at the front desk for being the friendliest faces we got to meet during our stay.

Asked for a room higher up, and got a beautiful room in the 19th floor with stunning view. We also got a bottle of champagne since we were on a delated honeymoon! Excellent service and staff, we will definately come back.

I got a room on the fifth floor and the view was amazing! The people working on the lobby were kind and took care of my luggage before my room was ready and after my checkout so I can visit the city, without me even asking. When visiting NY again, I will look to stay here again.
