The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

The staff is super friendly, they are very kind and help you if you need anything. The location is perfect, you can reach in 10mins the subway and go to midtown. The room is large and clean.

The room was huge for someone staying there alone. I would say the location is literally perfect, which is subjective, but I think Midtown East is the perfect place to stay for a NYC trip. The price was really good for what you get, including location. The staff was friendly and having the 27th floor be a shared space was a great addition. The surprise housekeeping session while I was gone was great to return to.

The excellent location! It’s very close to 5th Avenue but situated in quiet place - no street noise was heard in the room. The room itself was quite big and clean, the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. In case I be in NY again I’ll stay here for sure.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bathroom light broke and it was fixed the same day! The room felt cosy and clean.

The location was great, 5th avenue, central park, empire state building and other attractions in walking distance. Rooms are spacious, with huge windows and very nice views. Great coffee in the rooms and lobby.
