The location is perfect for accessing times square. You have all the benefits of being in Times square but none of the noise, a perfect combination. The staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly and the room had plenty of space with a lovely en suite bathroom.

This property was in a fantastic location, had a beautiful lobby, the elevators were very quick, the staff were great. The rooms were very spacious for New York City & the hotel held our bags whilst we explored the city. When I come back, I will be definitely booking with RIU.

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient for exploring, and the atmosphere was peaceful, ideal for families. We had a wonderful time together and would happily return.
