We spent 2 night at the Embassy Suites before moving to stay at Disney. We arrived late so reception was quiet. All the staff were super helpful. My sister dropped us off in her car so she took us to building 3 once we had checked in but reception did offer to take us and our luggage to the building on their golf cart so you do not need to walk if you are not hiring a car. We have a 1 bedroom king room which was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and the facilities in the room were excellent. The sofa bed was a double sofa bed which could easily fit a grown adult and was comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel had a lot of choice and there was also an omelette station if you wanted eggs to order. The pool was also very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The kids splash park was a great addition, it is only small but ideal if you have young children. Our 3 year old spent a couple of hours there on our first morning and loved it.
There are a good variety of shops and restaurants near by, you could easily walk there and it is also only 10 minutes away from Disney so a great option if you are looking for something offsite with more space. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel that offers more space and a free breakfast.
I really liked that the resort fee was included in our booking rather than having to pay on top at the hotel. When we checked in the member of staff on reception did advise us that the resort fee would be taken out of the deposit you need to pay on arrival. When I explained it was already included in our booking this was quickly rectified and the full deposit was returned to us when we checked out. Just make sure you are not charged twice if you have booked a rate that includes the resort fee.

Liked the room, plenty of room for 2 people. Liked the full kitchen. Liked that there was a TV in each room. Full kitchen table was nice to sit at. Balcony with table and ceiling fan was nice. Location was close to food, shopping and getting groceries.
It is a older resort and needs some updating but I would definately stay here again.
Alot of things for kids and adults to do outside

We loved the close proximity to the pool. Very spacious condo with great facilities and parking at the door.
Supermarket on the doorstep and Disney minutes away was a bonus .
The only thing it lacked were towels for the pool which we bought ourselves.
Would definitely stay here again.

The villa is a good location for a family trip to Orlando. It has good facilities and you'll have a comfortable stay, providing that you're prepared for the additional workload involved in staying in a house rather than a hotel. Things like going to the supermarket for food and so on. If you plan to visit the parks, prepare yourself for Orlando rush hour traffic. It took us about 20 minutes to reach most of the Disney parks (or rather, the parking lot), but heading back in the evening could take up to 45 minutes because of the traffic. The host is very responsive. Good wi-fi.
