This hotel is very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Rooms large and with all necessities. Buffet breakfast, from 1730 till 1900 buffet food with drinks and vouchers for alcohol. This is all free of charge. Transportation to and from the parks free running throughout the day.. Laundry room also available. Large pool open till 2300 hrs

Independence from a hotel, more like a resort. The one bed villa was spacious with a full size fridge and cooker, dishwasher and island. Separate bedroom and utility room for washing and drying. Great living area with large L shape sofa and coffee table.

Honestly I couldnt rate this stay highly enough. Staff, facilities, location everything was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone especially families. Everything I could possibly want was provided, sharp knives, washing machine and drier, dishwashing liquid, plenty of bin bags, peeler, pool towels etc and everything in excellent working order. There were so many different available activities and the reception staff were soooo nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the lazy river was just awesome, relaxing and not a whole bunch of crowd. Lots of activities for kids.The food was extraordinary. a wide variety of restaurants to dine. I liked Capa restaurant the most. Cleanliness of the room was just perfect and there was a spray jet bidet in the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. We definitely had a blast.

From the moment we arrived at the Grande Villas Resort by Hilton Vacation Club, we were impressed. The gardens were imaculately attended to and the place looked like it had just undergone a renovation/repaint etc. Our room (3 bedroom condo) was fantastic, on the ground floor and close to reception. Beds were really comfortable and it was easy to get to and from Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The supermarket was an 5-10 min walk (depending on how hot the the day is :)) and everything was just easy. The pool was lovely and very clean. I just wished we lived closer so we could stay here more often.
