Convenient location, huge property, very friendly staff. 24hrs convenience store inside the property with lot of quick bites and drinks option. The lady at the conveinece store was amazing. Front desk staff was accomodating to all our requests. Rooms decent size, well equipped with all necessities.
I will highly recommend this property.

I truly can't think of a better place to stay if you're going to Epic Universe. Great location, great perks (early entrance really helps to enjoy the park for one extra hour). The room was amazing, very spacious and cozy. The crew was very welcoming as well.

VistaCay was the perfect stay for our family visiting the parks. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as cable and Disney Plus. The apartment is very large and could comfortably accommodate up to six people. Our hosts Joe and Debora left clear instructions to get in and were responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend VistaCay for any family vacation and would love to return if we ever get the chance.

The hosts Joe and Debora couldn't do enough for us. They often messaged to see if everything was ok and nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was superb. Excellent location with great facilities (sons used the gym and we all used the swimming pool). I thought it was extremely good value for money and absolutely perfect for visiting Universal whilst exploring Orlando.
