The customer service was outstanding. We had flight delays and the hotel accommodated us by checking us in at 5 AM and offering us a little extra time in the morning. They were quick to respond to communication and extra friendly. The bed was SO comfortable.

very happy with reception and staff, happy to get a welcome coffee. The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfy. Really good shower and clean toilets, plus its a great neighbourhood; lots of stores around, places to eat and 10mins walk to the subway.
