My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to Jolene at the front desk.
From the moment we arrived, Jolene greeted us with a warm smile and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful with , offered great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything I needed.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with top-notch amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Jolene attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated my experience.

The Holiday Inn Sacramento could not be better located. There is a bus from the airport to the street next to the hotel and the rail station is five minutes away by foot. The hotel is right next to Old Sacramento which is a cute area of perfectly preserved eighteenth century buildings now occupied by cafes and shops. My room had a large desk, great chairs and a very comfortable bed. It also had a bath. I imagine most people use the shower but it is good to have a bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their support.

This hostel has a lot of history and is very beautiful. It is a Victorian-style building and, as it is quite old, there is no elevator and the soundproofing is not great, but for the most part, it is very quiet. They provide a simple breakfast to give you energy for your day's journey. I stayed in a 10-person shared room, but in reality, only about 4 people stayed at the same time. So, there won't be too many people staying at once.
There is a parking lot next to it, so if you drive or rent a car, you don't have to worry about parking.
The staffs are very nice and always love to help.
They provide storage space in your room, but you need to bring your own lock.

Professionally run, immaculately clean hotel with a great location and large rooftop swimming pool. Excellent service around the pool. On site parking and valet service available which was great after a long drive.
Ice available on every floor of the hotel was handy for cold drinks. Saves going to bar or reception.
