Super nice stay and cosy, clean and fresh apartment with everything you need. Extra plus for the super silent AC. The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to reach for questions. The location are the perfect mix of quiet and cute Santa Barbara neighbourhood with just a 10 min walk to State Street with shops and cafes etc.

Quietly elegant yet home-like, my experience of Palihouse was a delight. The staff are all—to a person— kind and welcoming, and the vibe is warm, familiar, well-curated and much like a club of which you’re a long-time, valued member. The room was very spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. A private taste of SoCal at its best; I’ll definitely be returning.

There was nothing not to like! From booking in to passing the cards back, everything went well!. One really sensible approach was to ask us if we wanted our towels changed every day (no! We don't at home so why when we are only there 3 days/4nights?). At the same, we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned daily; again the answer was No Thank You!

Thank you very much! Your hotel is one of the best hotels in Santa Barbara. Everything is at a high level! My family and I had a wonderful weekend on the occasion of my birthday! Thank you for your attention with a bottle of wine, cookies, and mineral water. It was very nice) Cleaned every day, breakfast was amazing, and the room was not small for a small hotel. the bathroom is spacious, and the floor is heated. In general, the hotel is excellent with a great location. Walking distance to various restaurants and to the zoo. service at a high level! Be prepared for a $28 parking fee, but it's a totally normal price for how well they do it. We've been to other hotels where the parking fee was higher, but we didn't get the same service as this hotel.

As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations! As there was not a hair in the soup to be found, we can wholeheartedly give a full score here...🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
